Terms and Conditions

1/ OSL provide 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

2/ OSL guarantee the machine for defect in material or workmanship for 12 month from purchase date, customer will be charged for spare parts replacement with 30% discount within the guarantee period.

3/ You are subject to service charge at our sole discretion to provide maintenance service if:

       a) the product has been modified or repaired by persons not authorized by OSL.

       b) the damage because of misuse or negligence.

4/ The warranty is valid in Hong Kong only.

5/ Customer will be invited to join our Maintenance Scheme after the warranty period.

6/ OSL is not responsible for any loss of business or profit or any other consequential loss arising, during the equipment repairing period.

7/ OSL reserve all the rights for final decision if there is any dispute.
